I started your program on August 12, 2010 and I&#039;m down 15.6 lbs already! I thought that I ate very well before but I just couldn&#039;t lose the weight. People called me a health nut. I kept gaining about 7-10lbs every year. So, what I did was practically kill myself on my Gerbel machine, P90X and I would lose a pound here or there. I was sooooo frustrated!!!! Once I took whole grains out of my diet, the weight started to fall off. I was so surprised. One change is all it took. I am a vegetarian and not one to eat much processed foods. I miss my organic cereal in the morning sometimes but I miss the weight more. Thank you for sharing this program with the average people of the world. God bless.</description>
