This is a really simple home fat loss workout that you can do in less than 10 minutes. By the way, don’t make fun of my ugly personal trainer outfit :) Ive moved on from that haha…

Anyways give this workout a try. This is more of a beginner workout, but you can make it harder by repeating it 2-3x if needed.
