I have worked with professional weight and fitness experts at the University level. I was concerned with getting a beer belly. I started an intensive stomach crunch regiment. I only suceeded in building an underlying muscle which pushed out my layer of fat. I have read about the hidden chemicals in foods to get you addicted an cause you to gain weight. The only problem with cutting out bread, pasta, and rice is my culture. im used to eating rice at least once a day because i am asian. its just part of my culture and it has always been. its difficult to just skip it because everything that you eat like side dishes is accompanied with rice. we also don’t eat that much meat and eat more vegetables. what can i do to reduce carbohydrates?
